The Current study aims at investigating the effects of organizational pride and analyzing some of the consequences thereof among the employees of Khuzestan Regional Electric Company. In this study, cooperative behavior, commitment to customer service, psychological attachment, hubristic pride, deviant behavior and organizational narcissism, as the variables influenced by organizational pride, were studied. The statistical population of the research were the employees of Khuzestan Regional Electric Company encompassing 715 people among which 280 employees were selected by stratified sampling method according to the number of employees. To test the research hypotheses, content and construct validity of the questionnaire were examined to verify the validity of the questionnaire and Cronbach’s alpha was used to determine the questionnaire reliability. The results of testing the hypotheses demonstrated that organizational pride has a significant effect on the following variables: cooperative behavior, 0.81, psychological attachment, 0.94, commitment to customer service, 0.51, organizational narcissism, 0.38 and deviant behavior, 0.29.

In behavioral finance and economics; the role of natural reactions of (not necessarily rational) human behaviors as an influencing variable on other economic and financial variables (which has not been considered in the past) is studied with further emphasized. In this research, we used a grounded theory approach initially based on data gathering through interviews with 74 experts, taking field notes, participatory obser-vation, documentation, abstract events, data generation, data analysis with a systematic ap-proach, open coding, axial coding, selective coding, and finally, after evaluating the model's validation with the approval of 222 subject matter experts, the model is presented with four dimensions and 20 categories and 239 features. The present research studied the (causal, contextual, and intervening) conditions, strategies, and consequences of violence in the lives of child wives in Chabahar city, conducted with a qualitative methodology based on grounded theory. For this purpose, in-depth semi-structured interviews were conducted with 28 child-married girls in Chabahar city who were selected through theoretical sampling and snowball method. The analysis of the data in the framework of the three-level open, axial and selective coding system showed that gendered inequality and discrimination, women's inferiority, men's value, the culture of silence and the culture of violence play a role in the experience of child-wives in terms of violence (causal conditions), which leads to a type of increased, double violence for them (core category); violence that operates within the framework of the family institution, the main mechanism of which are previous traditions and rules, and the perpetrators of which are men and women who were themselves the victims of the same traditions and rules that they have, now, internalized and used again against their daughters. This increased violence happens in a context where patriarchy is widespread (contextual conditions) and due to the generalized self-deprecation among child wives (intervening conditions), they may attempt to escape, get separated, threaten, and commit suicide (strategies), and these actions have consequences such as symbolic, physical, and sexual violence and even social isolation (consequences).

The aim of this research was to compare of behavioral characteristics in female abused and normal adolescents. To achieve these purpose 100 high school students (29 abused & 71 normal) were selected by random multi stage sampling. The research instruments were child abuse scale and six subtests of million clinical multiaxial Inventories. The results respectively showed that there were significant differences between anti social behavior, aggression, passive-aggressive, drug and alcohol dependences of abused and normal adolescent (p<0.05).
